Yes. We offer on-the-spot claiming via HICAPS. Your health fund will provide a rebate, with any remaining gap payable on the day. Please bring your physical or digital card, as photos are not accepted.

Yes. A doctor’s referral and claim number are required before starting treatment.

Yes. A valid referral from your doctor is required prior to treatment.

Yes. You can bring your referral or have it sent through prior to your appointment. Payment is made at the time of the session, with the rebate processed afterwards.

Before your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS reminder, along with an intake form. During the session, your physiotherapist will complete a thorough assessment, followed by treatment, which may include hands-on therapy, exercise, and education. You’ll usually be given a small number of exercises to complete at home. Initial appointments take around 45–60 minutes.

Yes. We provide in-clinic services, and home visits may be available depending on location and clinician availability.

Wear something comfortable that allows access to the area being treated. For example, shorts for lower body concerns, or a loose-fitting top for shoulder or neck issues.

No referral is required for private patients. You can book directly online or contact the clinic to arrange an appointment.
